3×3 Basketball IQ Lab

The 3×3 IQ Lab is a unique training environment focused on sharpening decision-making, game IQ, and confidence through small-sided 3-on-3 play. With fewer players on the court, every athlete gets more touches, faster reps, and more opportunities to attack, defend, and make quick reads.

Recommend Age: Grade 4 and above

For Boys and Girls

Location: Norwood School - Rales Gym (8821 River Road, Bethesda Maryland 20817)

During the session, players will:

• Build Game IQ — learn spacing, timing, and situational awareness.

• Improve Decision-Making — develop confidence in choosing when to pass, shoot, or drive.

• Gain More Reps — maximize ball-handling, shooting, and defensive opportunities.

• Strengthen Team Skills — leadership, communication, and court vision.

• Bridge Training & Competition — apply skills from clinics in live, competitive play.
