Skills & Agility Clinic – Beginner (Ages 7 and above)

This clinic is designed for athletes who are newer to basketball or structured training. Sessions focus on developing movement, coordination, and fundamental skills in a fun, supportive environment.

Each session blends high-energy drills and games to keep athletes engaged:

• Agility & Movement – footwork, balance, and coordination drills.

• Basketball Fundamentals – ball-handling, passing, shooting, and finishing.

• Confidence & Teamwork – activities that build enjoyment of the game and self-belief.

Recommended Ages: 7 and above (Grades 2 and above).
