Skills & Agility Clinic – Intermediate/Advanced (Ages 9 and above)

This clinic is designed for athletes who already have some basketball experience and want to grow their skills in a faster-paced, more competitive setting. Each session delivers high-energy training that blends skill work, athletic development, and game play so athletes can apply what they learn under pressure:

• Agility & Speed – Footwork, quickness, and change-of-direction drills.

• Basketball Skills – Ball-handling, finishing, shooting, and off-ball movement.

• Strength & Conditioning – Age-appropriate drills to build durability and endurance.

• Decision-Making & Confidence – Small-sided play that encourages faster reads and smarter choices.
