NGA Summer Camp is designed for athletes who want to improve their basketball skills, athleticism, and confidence heading into the next season. Each day combines basketball skill development, speed and agility training, athletic performance work, and coached competitive play in a structured, high-energy environment.
Ideal for players looking to build confidence, improve athleticism, and prepare for rec, travel, school, or AAU basketball. Beginner to advanced players welcome.
Open to boys and girls in rising grades 2–8, athletes are grouped by age and skill level to ensure quality instruction, personalized coaching, and development.
Led by experienced NGA coaches with backgrounds in competitive youth basketball, performance training, and player development.
Schedule
What each day includes:
Basketball fundamentals: ball handling, shooting, footwork, and decision-making
Speed and agility training using ladders, cones, plyometrics, and movement drills
Athletic performance work including bodyweight circuits and age-appropriate resistance training
Competitive play in a coached, structured environment
Small-group instruction to maximize reps, coaching, and development
